Methodology & confidence notes

Every "Available" verdict is backed by a real table, stored procedure, service class, or component found in LifeX_Api / LifeX — not inferred from naming or from prior session notes.
Hard project constraints were respected when judging scope: LifeX is not multi-tenant by design, PayFort is the only payment gateway, Unifonic is the only SMS/OTP provider, and Tabby remains an intentionally minimal PayFort stub — none of these are treated as gaps.
Facultative reinsurance (closed 2026-09-02) was deliberately given its own schema (tblRI_FacultativePlacement) rather than forced into the automatic treaty-scope cession engine (tblRI_TreatyType, still just Quota Share / Surplus / XOL) — it is structurally per-risk/underwriter-negotiated, not automatic.
Any new critical-configuration area (Commission, Takaful contribution rules, document templates) should retrofit onto the existing Modules/Governance maker-checker layer, per this project's standing rule — not a new mechanism per module.
A few Partial verdicts in Finance and Digital Framework are judgment calls based on adjacent capability rather than an exact wording match; flagged Partial rather than Available specifically because no dedicated code path matches the checklist's literal wording.
